Justina completed her BSc in Microbiology at Caleb University, Nigeria. During her undergraduate degree, she worked on a project to isolate microorganisms responsible for Urinary Tract Infections in asymptomatic individuals. She then went on to complete her Masters degree at the University of Greenwich, where her research was focused on evaluating the Antimicrobial Properties of Moringa Oleifera Extracts.

At Bactobio, Justina works in the microbial generation team supporting the isolation of novel microbial species.

Outside of work, Justina enjoys exploring new restaurants, watching movies and reading.
