Farid holds a BSc in Computer Science from University College London, where he built a strong foundation in problem-solving and software engineering principles.

Before joining Bactobio, Farid worked as a Software Engineer at Partners Capital, where he modernised core trading systems and led the development of an automated reconciliation tool that significantly reduced manual intervention. Prior to this, he worked at Deutsche Bank, contributing to the development of robust financial software systems.

At Bactobio, Farid is part of the Software team, where he focuses on building tools that streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and strengthen the connection between data and experimentation.

Outside of work, Farid enjoys swimming, jiu jitsu, hiking, and travelling.
